Bob Weiss is the longtime owner of Shakers Cigar Bar in Milwaukee, considered to be one of the most haunted Bars in America, and the founder of Hangman Tours, which has operated Historic & Ghost Tours since 1986 in Milwaukee, WI and Savannah, Georgia. Bob had his first paranormal experience at four years old when his paternal grandfather passed in front of him and is considered a skilled "sensitive" and paranormal investigator. Myriad documentaries featuring Shakers & Hangman Tours, including their premiere True Crime product, "The Cream City Cannibal Tour", have been featured on various TV channels and publications. Mr. Weiss is the Producer and Host of the Shakers Milwaukee YouTube Channel and appears on many podcasts and news stories regarding Serial Killers and the paranormal.

Laura Brand is a criminologist who has Interviewed over fifty serial killers as part of her work leading the largest collective study of serial offenders ever conducted. She has recently partnered with licensed forensic psychologist Dr. John White to help analyze and publish the groundbreaking findings. Laura has spent the better part of the last decade inside the nation's most dangerous prison in the nation; San Quentin's death row. During one of her interviews here, Lawrence Bittaker, one of the most sadistic serial killers in American history, revealed to her where two of his missing victims are after staying silent for nearly forty years. Brand has made it her personal mission to recover the two girls' remains and identify his other unknown victims. Her work into the case was turned into a true crime documentary, "The Toolbox Killer," streaming on Peacock. Recovering missing victims and helping surviving ones has become more near and dear to Brand's heart after her best friend was murdered by her own cousin. Brand’s work with some of the nation's most dangerous serial killers has fueled her. Hearing the horrific details first hand from the offenders themselves has not only motivated Brand, but has unequivocally sharpened her investigative skills into cases.

Arizona-based writer and former tour manager for Hangman Tours, Marley's work spans various subjects - however, she's always stayed a true lover of the twisted and the strange. As a kid, she watched Forensic Files a bit too frequently for someone her age, but she maintains that unquenchable thirst for knowledge. The opportunity to write the screenplay for each City of Angels Dark Tour and become part of such a project has only just begun to quench that thirst for her. Marley has her degrees in English & Psychology and jumps at any opportunity to peel back the layers of the dark and abnormal.
